Currently our Chef tables and cooking classes are on hold until they can be provided safely due to COVID-19. But we are still cooking.

 

We can provide prepared packaged meals like Pizza parties, Family dinners or Romantic Dinner for two. Check out our menu ideas below with cabin snacks.  

 

You can also just a custom loaded fridge via a grocery order and we will have it ready for you. Get a filled fridge so you don't have to pack groceries. 

 

Just ask and we can customize your experience for your stay. All food packages are at extra cost and estimated by custom order. Drop us a call or e-mail to set up your special menu for the lodge. We provide customized menus and can accomodate vegetarians, vegans or special diets like gluten free options.

Pricing is based on 2-4 person occupancy. All menu orders are estimated and customized for your getaway.

• Veggie plate - includes a variety of fresh available vegetables and dip - ($25)

• Fruit plate - includes variety of fresh available fruits and dip - ($35)

• Home made hummus and Pita Chips - toasted chips and dip to share - ($15)

• Mini quiches - Veggie and Meat - (1 dozen) - ($25)

• Cookie dough (1 dozen) - ($15)

• PowerUp Bites (1 dozen) - healthy nut and oat bites with chocolate - ($15)

Prepared wings and fresh veggie plate ($50) - 2 dozen wings (smokey maples, buffalo, salt and pepper, honey garlich) and a variety of veggies.

Charcuterie board ($50) - various pickles, olives, cheeses, meats, crackers and specialty spreads. We can customize to tastes.

 

Breakfast stocked ($40/per day) - various cereals, fresh bread, yogurt parfaits, fruit plate, Yukon eggs to self cooking or option of pre-made breakfast casserole for oven. 

 

Pizza party ($65) - includes many prepared toppings local where possible, sauce, cheeses and homemade dough. Make 2 large pizzas or multiple personal sized. The cabin is set up with pizza paddles and the wood stove to make your own wood fired pizzas

 

Yukon Whiskey Spaghetti bolognese ($50) - accompanied with garden salad, fresh homemade garlic twists. 

 

Yukon fish, rice pilaf and fire roasted vegetable ($70) - Fish of choice or chosen locally and fresh, prepared light crispy batter, garlic and wild onion rice pilaf with local best in season vegetables (when available). 

 

Wild harvested herbs stew and biscuits ($50) - local sourced meat, potatoes, carrots and many other veggies, fresh made bisquets and garden salad.

 

Desserts

Fruit pie of choice ($35) - oven ready with ice cream, options of apple, blueberry or local harvested - cranberry, crowberry or haskap

Whisky apple and wild cranberry crumble ($35) - oven ready with ice cream

(everything tastes better in the wood fired oven)

Cakes ($45) - custom ordered
